The little dude is called Bob and here's his car in the background. The story is about a new millionaire who doesn't know how to deal with his money and the new gadgets that comes along whit it. I wanted to give both a realistic style to the animation (the car) and also a Pixar-like cartoony feel (Bob).]]>

What started as a simple simple sketch turned out to be a photo realistic composition witch is exactly what I wanted to do: no painting, no 3d, only photo manipulation. I didn't want to use big chunk of photos and just put it in the montage. Each rock is unique :there's not a rock or other element (like water) thats isn't custom made out of multiple bits and pieces of real pics. Like Dilan Cole says: &quot;You make the picture fit your sketch, not the contrary&quot;.]]>

Started with Alias SketchBook and refine it with PS. I didn't use any reference for this artwork witch could have help since I didn't remember how was the body of the typical gorilla. Looks chubby to me, some kind of bigfoot. But its done...lets move to the next one.<br />
